Can't open link in email...

Hi all, got an email with a link inside and when I tap on it nothing happens. Tried it with another email client and it works. Any ideas please?

What Android version? 4.0 - 4.3 inclusive?

Please open the message and check the Menu for "View" -> "Disable mobile view". If it's there, go ahead and do that, then reopen the message and try again.

I'm on version 4.4.2. And I don't have that option after selecting "view" with the message open. I have: enable full screen, show headers and LG and SM font choices.

4.4 does not have "mobile view", removed by Google. Good, now we know it's not it.

Well, I would need to have the exact original source for this message, so I can actually see what's going on.

Please send to kmansoft / gmail. I will keep it confidential of course.

Easy to obtain in Gmail / web, many desktop mail apps, or if you can do a "forward as attachment (eml)" that would work too.
