Swiping multiple messages at a time feels awkward to me -- esp. if some of those are off screen.

I too agree ...can we get a colour option in swipe like when we swipe to delete il..the swipe area become red..or orange etc..☺

This could be the better choice vs. to implement to play a *sound*.

Colors - maybe.

However, I should / need / want (probably) to make destructive swipe actions undoable, creating the illusion that an action happened, showing an undo button, and delaying actual data changes (server sync).

Swiping is really suitable for one message at a time.

for me it shouldn't feel awkward or ambigous but MAGIC :-)

...wouldn't it be the same feeling right now using the "conventional" way:
  - mark multiple messages (by tap on the contact images)
  - then "move to (folder)" chosen from the action bar menu?

--> even if some of those marked messages are off screen...

just my 2 cents
and of course the decision will remain by Kostya (you are the developer - AM is your "baby"  )

I believe that to judge others and to give orders, should have done the same job.

my last programmable calculator, was the HP 48SX, the best one! I use and you know the emulator available for Android ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.ab.x48&hl=it ).

Two years ago I bought the latest HP, the 50G, an hour after using it, I've thrown away, horrible build quality, cheap plastic, buttons with a bad feedback. HP is dead.

I do all with my Galaxy Note 3, and Droid48.
