Aqua only sync via WiFi

I use Aqua on a Galaxy S3. Aqua only sync via WiFi and not via 3G or anything slower. I have not checked the "Use WiFi only" option in the "Mail, receiving/Scheduled sync" table. Sync via WiFi works fine, even pushmail.
What is the problem? Please help!

I'm sure the issue is not with the mobile data's performance.

What mail server is that? What are your actual server settings in Aqua? Server name, port, security type?

What's the exact error message?
