Adding icons to toolbar

We all have different needs and use different tools. So it would be nice to be able to customize the icons available in the toolbar.

I would like to have both hide and delete options available on the message list toolbar when messages are selected. They are currently available in the menu, but having them on the toolbar would save one step.

I would love to remove the delete button and prefer a "mark as read" button... So good idea of making it configurable!
