Error Sync, Message is Missing on Server

Hi,

I have 2 Office 365 Exchange accounts, one has error sync, message is missing on server.

I did see in other post you asked to go into "extended mode" does not seem to be available on Exchange account.

How do I fix this sync issue for an Exchange account, I have deleted app, reloaded. I do not have issue with iPad/ OWA app.

Assistance would be appreciated.

Well, my app uses EWS, not OWA, and I have gotten reports about this issue with other Office 365 accounts.

What happens is, the server lists messages, each with its own unique ID. Then when the app asks for the messages it needs, the server returns those with different unique IDs. Seems to be an Office 365 bug.

The version below doesn't treat this as a fatal error (but won't be able to load those messages):

I would however, appreciate a debug log, with "raw data" enabled, capturing your checking mail in this folder. Please see below (link in my signature) for details.
