I've just discovered AquaMail and liked it enough to buy the Pro version. However, I used a privacy testing tool and found it to be quite insecure on that front:

https:// emailprivacytester.com/f2506010f51b6174

In comparison, Mozilla Thunderbird passes 100%.

The feature I would like is increased privacy.

Thanks!

I'd like to revive this topic and second the suggestion for Aqua Mail to better filter content against privacy invading emails.

https://emailprivacytester.com is a very good tool for testing. For example, Roundcube, my favorite web-based e-mail client, doesn't leak any information unless I choose to display images.
