+ Fixed not receiving new mail from Dovecot (an IMAP mail server popular with web hosting companies; the bug is in the server).

I could not sleep last night, so:

Nicer looking round contact images and color chips, esp. on Android 4.1+, thanks to anti-aliasing (no jaggies around the circle).

Should also fix them not being round on some devices with bugs in GPU rendering (IIRC, HTC One with Cyanogen nightly).

EWS support is new. Push has not been implemented yet.

Yes, that looks exactly like the issue I fixed.

A funny coincidence: stock Email on my Nexus 5 got stuck just like that last night...
