Phone Change Glitch

I have changed from a Galaxy Note 2 to a Galaxy Note 3 and the pro unlocker wants me to pay again. What's the fix for this - -

Bought from Google Play or from PayPro? I believe in the first you need the same Google account and in the second to have the mail account that you used to register set up on the client before being able to validate Pro version.

@limbwalker -- I don't see any orders (Google Play or PayPro) under the email in your profile.

If you purchased on Google Play then yes, you'll need to configure the new device with the same @gmail.com account (in system settings) so that Play knows which apps you'd purchased.
