Always show unread messages in SmartInbox

Hi Kostya,

great app and very good last big update! As you get more and more users, the flow of new wishes doesn't stop ;-)

So here is my wish (just if your list gets too short *g*):
I have some folders which are not included in the SmartInbox. But I'd like unread messages to be included. An option 'include unread messages in SmartInbox' would be nice.

Background: I get a lot of (wanted) newsletters which are sorted into folders. To keep the overview these folders are not marked to be shown in SmartInbox. But when there are new unread messages, I have to switch all the folders to read them all. SmartInbox would be the right place to combine them all for this moment.

Another one for the smart inbox: currently there are options to: Sort unread first OR sort starred first, I would like an option to have BOTH Unread AND Starred first.
