Yes, that's a great color picker - and K-9 uses it too.
But:
it needs a list of common colors
so one doesn't have to fumble with the "wheel" just to pick "red" or "blue"
and to fit on phone sized screens, swiping between the common colors and the color "wheel"
and a way to enter an exact value (yes, some people want "0xFF00A0" for the notification LED's)
Maybe something like attached below?
