Broken images in HTML signature

These used to work and the exact HTML signature works in Mac Mail. Images were stored in G-Drive with public access and I've also tried Upload Image to host them. As I say this works via other email package but I need it to work on my phone and tablet, both Aquamail Android app. I sed to have the images hosted like this and it worked on app.

Any ideas?

Can anyone help me with this?  Just to be clear...

I have created an HTML signature with images hosted publicly on ImgBB.  This works on Mac Mail.  However, the images are broken on Aquamail on my tablet and phone.  I've tried hosting the images on GDrive too and they are available to view with the included link in the HTML signature but not working from the signature itself.

Any ideas as to how to resolve this?

Update - it does work on Aquamail on my Android phone but not on Aquamail on my Android tablet.
