Numbers of mails in each folder OK except inbox = always 0
« on: June 07, 2013, 10:48:50 am »
Hi,

I have the Pro-Version and almost everything works fine.
However, the number of mails in my inbox is always 0.
The others folders (sent, trash, etc.) show the real number of mails inside.
See attachment (there are 6 or 7 mails in the inbox).

Is that a known bug or are my settings wrong?
Thanks for help.

Very strange. First time i am reading about such a bug.
Does the "inbox" shows the correct number of unread emails when one arrives? (Just mark an email as unread to check)
Any sub folders below the "Inbox"?

yes, the unread messages are correctly shown (number  in bold). As soon as I have read the message, and close the inbox, there is a 0 as content. If I delete them, the number of mails in the trash folder is also correctly shown.
It's not really disturbing but strange indeed.

Very strange.
Have to tried a clean install?
First make a backup of your configuration of AquaMail (menu - Backup & Restore), but try first without restoring your configuration.
