Can messages be grouped by subject in the list view ?

Not right now. There are "sort by subject" / "sort by sender" menu items in message list mode, though.

Do you think that you could add this grouping by subject feature soon?

Most other basic e-mail apps have it already and it is very useful for a lot of your users.
