Title: Disable "Persistent Incoming Network Errors" message on no internet available

Hallo,

to save battery on my phone, i have disabled mobile internet and wifi at most of the time. So there is no connection to the email server. I have an IMAP Account wirh IMAP PUSH enabled and get the "Persistent Incoming Network Errors" message.
To get rid of the annoying error message, it would be great, if aquamail would only check for mails, if there is a valid internet connection (mobile data or wifi).
