Title: synchronization between Aqua Mail and MS Outlook 2016 on Win11 PC

Good evening!

Please how do i synchronize everthing (especially calenders and contacts) from Outlook 2016 installed on my Windows 11 PC and Aqua Mail on my Android 10 smartphone and vice versa?

Hi Ingo,

If you use an Exchange account, simply add it via Exchange Mail/Office 365. Your calendar and exchange contacts will be synchronized and you'll be able to see the events in the phone's calendar app and the exchange contacts as suggestions when composing (or you can press the icon next to "To" in a draft to open the full list).
