Title: No email texts anymore

Since today the email text is no longer displayed, from not a single email, from all providers!
Did the last update have a bug?
- Aquamail pro
- Huawei P20 pro
- several email providers

Can you please send a screenshot since I can't quite tell what you mean?

Also, what is your Android OS version?

hi Martin,

strange things happen ... the error has now been fixed.
 
Several email clients that had been installed as a test showed the same error ("E-mail", WEB.DE etc.) ... apparently the same display module is used in the background by all of them (something from Chrome ???) and that apparently no longer worked.

The error was corrected by several (!) restarts of the "P20 pro". The reason for the error could have been "some update for something"  :(

You are correct, a recent Chrome/Android System WebView update has been causing issues in the Compose screen of the app, as well as other apps that use this integration (which is quite a few). Your Chrome probably updated automatically and the issue was resolved with that update.
