Title: Two Panel UI setting disappeared

How do I get it back? It should be in settings>look and feel

It's still there.

I fixed it in August. There was just an update and the two panel ui setting disappeared again! I can't fix it

It's still there and has never disappeared on me. I would recommend cleaning the cash of the app (cash only deleting anything else would clear the app).

Two-Panel UI is available on devices that pass a certain DPI threshold. If your phone reports the screen below this, the option is hidden. You've likely changed the zoom level on your device for this to happen - if you revert the change you will see the option again.
