Title: Delay while opening folders

I have been using AquaMail for years but for the past few months I have been having problems with all accounts. If I open a folder to view messages, it takes a long pause before the list is visible. Sometimes, the list is visible for an instant but if it is, it always disappears and I have to wait again. I noticed it with a software change and hoped it would be fixed with an update, but so far, no good. I'm using a Moto G Stylus phone with android 11 and my current aqua mail version is 1.30.0-1862, but it has been going on for a few versions now. Is there anything I can do? I hate to have to switch email clients with being all settled in to using Aqua mail but the delays have become quite frustrating and really add up.

Please remove the account > add it back in to resync the folders and further reduce the messages to sync and messages to cache to minimum and try to open the a folder.
