Title: Bar Code Not showing in the emails

Recently i noticed that when i return an item to amazon their return instruction email has a bar code called return code, but now it is not showing the bar code any more its just a small square icon, when i send the same email to my outlook it shows fine, so i guess it has to do with html got deactivated is what i am guessing, can anyone help how to get it back.
