Title: How do I edit the available actions when multiple messages are selected?

If I select multiple messages, the bar at the bottom that lets me perform an action on those messages doesn't have a button to "Move to Archive", though it's available in the 3 dots menu.  Screenshot attached.

Is it possible to edit those options so I can put "Move to Archive" right on that bar?
