Title: Junkmail Sync options definitions

I am not sure what the options are referring to.

Example: "sync with Deleted folder."

The deleted folder is in what location: in the AquaMail app or my client app "Thunderbird" on my computer? Or maybe my web email which is Spectrum/Time Warner which I don't use very much.

Can someone place explain each option as regards to the syncing locations?

It refers to the folders on the mail server. Not T-Bird. Not AM.
