Title: Editing a draft

When I reply to an email, the existing email is quoted but I can press return at the end of a line to start a new unquoted line.
Like in the first picture after lines 1 and 2.
However if I save the draft and then try to edit it I can't break the quote anymore.
The 2nd picture between lines 3 and 4 show this.
