Title: * Redesigned Accounts screen.

Hi, I got an update last night with *Redesigned Accounts screen which is now a horrible grey colour which I can't seem to change, how do I make it so I can have dark black background again?

Hi,

It was intended design change from our designer.

We did keep the pure black option which keeps the pure black background in the Inbox for example.

Unfortunately we cannot get and consider every user's opinion in advance before making a change.

This looks really bad. Please add an option, as in messages editor, to toggle the new look, or at least option to choose background color for accounts. What's the use of theming option in look and feel if it doesn't apply to all elements? This is inconsistent.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180719/054a391fdf67e13d052ad52e30168f20.jpg)

Geez we've got dozens of look and feel settings but are always short by at least a dozen :)

I assume you're using not just a dark theme but also the "pure black" option, right?

We already made a change for this combination (dark theme + "pure black") to use this "pure black" for account / folder backgrounds. Not gray anymore.

I expect to post this change (with some other changes) next week under "development builds".

Please look for version 1.17.0-dev-something.

From Kostya's message it sounds like there is an update coming... but I'll add my comment anyway.

I also use the dark theme with pure black, and in this context the gray backgrounds for folders in the account listing look weird (probably makes a lot of sense in other combinations....).


Really... this is a compliment to the designers.  The "problem" is that you guys did such a good job with the user interface and the incredible customizability in the app that one little thing like this sticks out  ;)


I'll look for the next version to be updated to my phone.

That's what happens when you spoil us with lots of customization options ;) thank you!
