Title: Can't uncheck "Quote the Original"

Hello, on my old GS7 I had a checkbox when replying that I could untick so the original email content was not quoted. I now have a Moto G5+ and the checkbox is not there. If I go into settings the "Quote the original" option is greyed out and I can't untick it.

Disabling new editor should help.
