I assume AquaMail is no longer supported on Chromebooks.
The last update was was a year and a half ago.
Anyway, with the latest Chrome OS updates, AquaMail only shows a black screen.

The version in Chrome Store was made using experimental technology called ARC Welder.
And yes it's true that it hasn't been updated in a long time.
Given that Google made it possible to install Android apps directly from Google Play (a while ago, too) - I doubt we'll ever update this old experimental version.
