Hi,
Auto sync is not happening on my mobile (Android , Oneplus3), i have tried all posiable ways on settings , no luck
need help on this

Hi,
Please bring up AquaMail settings -> mail, receiving.
If the app is not already whitelisted, there will be a green panel / button / message / prompt asking you to do this.
Let me know if we can assist further and of the issue persists, please contact us @ support@aqua-mail.com.

I didnt get what you are saying, please find the attached screen shots of the settings

Looks like you turned off "scheduled sync".
Please turn it back on and set the interval to the default "15 minutes" and see what happens.
In addition, you've jacked up your "messages to sync" / "messages to cache" settings. Please lower them down to 100 and 250 respectively (and if you need more, try 250 and 500 resp.).

I see the auto sync is happening now but with slight delay and it is not instant push, I see the updates happens only after 5 mins
when there is Push email (instant mail delivery) is enabled, whey do we turn on "schedule sync", please clarify

Hi
Still Push is not working, only with sync it is working, there is a huge delay in getting emails, that delay about from 5 mins to 10 mins
for example if i get an email on outlook (desktop) the same to get on Aqua on my mobile it takes 5 - 10 mins time to,
I tried with outlook mobile app , it was prompt and used to get emails before i get on to my desktop outlook
any other settings that i need to do to make the PUSH work , please help

Did you enable push mail in the *account's* settings?
Please check, long press on the account (on the app's main screen) -> options and folders -> account options.
