Title: How to delete 1200 mails in the sent box

Any suggestions as to how quickly delete some 1200 sent items in my sent box?
Right now I can only select the number of mails per page, i.e scroll down, select all mails on that page (say some 10 mails),
scroll down, select all on that page, etc.
So I would have to go thru some 110-120 pages or so...

Yeah. Got same problem years ago. Maybe we are blind or it isnt possible.
I hope we see a Answer (-:

Hopefully one day a  -new-  option will be added.

Maybe, if at all possible of course, long tap on the folder,
pop up to show up  (currently it says 'Refresh' and 'Mark all read' only)
and add a new option there - delete all

or

Or hidden under the 3-dots right hand bottom corner.

Are they messages on your mail server?

You'll just get this done easier and faster in your mail provider's web mail (which won't require that "an" app downloads those messages to the device).

Ah, right!

MANY thanks indeed. They were on Outlook server, used Web Access and deleted them there.

Just fyi, there's no outlook server. Outlook it's just mail client like AM.
Mainly mail servers are Exchange, POP3 and IMAP

It's there today: 'Settings->Message List->Select "All" Means'. I load 90 days at a time and can trash a quarters worth of mail with two taps. Three taps later the next quarter is history. Easy to exclude specific days/messages by tapping on headers or individual items. Highly effective when used as intended. Rather dangerous if misused.

Looks like Outlook.com - close enough :)

( and how many people these days remember that this used to be called Hotmail? )

Yep that's another way, just requires a fast network connection (and preferably a fast mail server, which Outlook.com's is not...)
