So I love AquaMail, works great with my Gmail accounts, but for my work Exchange account it works, mostly, but it seems to just it fetch emails until I get onto the work WiFi, or I force it to refresh/pull. I do have Push turned on, I have it set to allow on cell or wifi. Any other settings I can try?

Do you have scheduled mail checks enabled (including for this account)?
If not please enable this (it's not recommended to turn off scheduled checks even if you use push).
If already enabled, are those "once every 15 min" checks working?

So, if I'm at home on WiFi, in the morning typically there's nothing saying new messages for that Account. I manually do a refresh, and I have items (usually mostly just spam, but still messages fetched).
Account Options:
Scheduled Sync is checked
Include in "Sync All" is checked
Push main is checked
Use WiFi only is unchecked
Messages to sync is 21 days
Folders:
Inbox - Sync (plain folder), Push mail
Special Settings:
all off, so nothing special for this account
Global settings:
Mail, receiving:
System settings - Sync even with "Auto-Sync" is off
Messages to sync - 250
Scheduled Sync - checked
Use WiFi only - unchecked
Mail check interval - 10 minutes
Custom check interval - Not specified
Time reference point - 00:00
"Settle in" delay - None
When the app is active - unchecked
Only when screen is off - unchecked
WiFi in sleep mode - unchecked
Push Mail - checked
Check mail on events - Event Types - none

OK, the settings look good.
What if you switch WiFi off for one night? Just as a test so we can tell if it's the network connection or the device sitting idle for an extended time period?

Interesting. I'll have to give that a try. It's also that way throughout the day, in general. I just don't seem to get email sync on that account much. I'll try and remember to check it, turn off wifi, and leave it over night tonight.

So...strangely it seems fixed. Last Friday there was a building power shutdown for fire alarm testing stuff, so we had to shut everything down. We do a local hosting of Exchange, and since Monday when things were all turned back on and brought up it seems like it's actually doing the expected, which is be almost immediate mail delivery on my phone. Weird, must be something on the Exchange machine.

Re: fire alarm
LOL from now on I'll be sure to ask users who contact support - "Sir did you have a fire drill at your office recently?" :)
-
Well, not a fire drill, a planned power shut down.
But it's weird. Was working weird like that BEFORE the Exchange had to be shut down for a short period of time, and then after it's not working just fine as expected.
