At first this morning I had no unread messages. Now, several hours later, Aquamail is showing that I have 33 unread messages, many of them read long ago. And even more bizarre, it is showing 12 unread messages in my Sent folder. When I look at my desktop Outlook, I have 0 unread messages. How is this possible and what is going on?
Edit: I just tried to mark the messages as read from within Aquamail, which they did. Then after a while, they showed back up as unread.

Aqua doesn't contain any code to mark messages as unread without the user doing it.
Please check web mail - not Outlook - to get an idea about what's there on the mail server.
And even if you find that the messages there are all read:
- Please enable the app's debug log (described below) with "raw session data" enabled.
- Open the folder in Aqua and refresh it
- Let it finish, send the log file to support / at / aqua-mail / dot com
Thanks

I checked webmail. Inbox did appear to be unread for those messages, don't know how as some I haven't looked at for two years. I set them to unread and it seems to be fine now. as for the sent box, no messages appeared as unread in webmail. Then eventually, Aquamail stopped showing them as unread and showed them as read.
I have no idea what is going on. Maybe a glitch with my service provider? Anyway, I won't enable the logging just yet, will wait and see what happens.
BTW, Kostya, great app. A lot of configuration choices, maybe too many sometimes :)

Thanks! There are user requests behind ever setting, but to help, the settings screen has search (top right).

I am currently working on one right now, hopefully I can get it done sooner or later XD
