Title: What is the best settings to save battery AND the Push notification work on EWS?

I disable all periodic sync and only enable the Push notify. enable the Android 6 battery disable thing (it is need to run the program in the backround)

It is the best settings or need to set something else, that the best battery time?

you need periodic sync as a "watchdog" for push mail

The initial sync for EWS, once push is enabled, can take some time, depending on the number of messages.

And then it's "incremental", only gets actual changes every time the server says that "something" has changed (new mail, message deleted, marked read/unread/starred, etc.)
