Hi,
At the moment scheduled sync needs to be enabled to sync the calendar through EWS.
It would be great if the Calendar, at some stage could also be updated though push.
Congratulations on becoming part of MobiSystems.
Thanks for the great app!

Jesper,
Do you already use push mail in AquaMail?
When you get an invite via push mail, the app will sync that into the calendar too, immediately.
It won't however "push" other calendar changes (e.g. editing color / name / time, sending an invite, deleting an event), was that the suggestion exactly?

Hi,
I already have push enabled.
If I diasable scheduled sync and create an appointment in the calendar on a different device it does not get synced.
If I force sync or enable scheduled sync, the event gets synced.
Push might work fine for invite but it does not work for syncing other calendar items.
I have an idea for the app as well:
In the off-hours settings; as complimentary option to disabling sync it would be nice to have an option to just diable notifications.
The reason is; I prefer not to have notifications while I am off work, but if I open the app to check for new emails I would prefer that it is always up to date.
Cheers,
Jesper

Night mode settings do turn off notification *sounds* and *vibration* (but notifications will still get posted).
There is a way to disable push mail too.
And there is way to set a night mode for a specific account only, if you long press on it -> special settings ("special" means "priority over app settings").

Hi, I use calendar sync as it includes event category color sync - GREAT!
Is there a plan to implement push for calendar sync (all calendar changes, not just e-mail invitations)?
-
It is an idea, but I'm not sure when / if it might get planned for a particular release.

Thank you for quick response.
As a business user based on Exchange server I found that only this (missing calendar push) is missing.
I hope you will implement it soon. I have checked many e-mail clients and calendars and Aqua Mail with calendar sync is the best I found.

Thanks. I'll make a task so it can be considered in our planning process.
