Title: Synchronization settings

Is any settings in Aquamail to trigger synchronization just after mobile data or wifi is enabled (instead of waiting for synchronization time interval)?

I have checked in synchronization options "Event types":
-WIFI
-Mobile data
-Other connection types

but after connecting to WIFI or 3G Aquamail don't sync, I have to leave connection ON and wait for sync interval to occur.

Event based sync is throttled by time, the default is "not more often than 30 minutes" -- are you perhaps running into this?

Check what you have "minimum interval between syncs" set to.
Also check what the "settle in" delay time is set to.

my aquamail settings was OK,
I had to tweak my power saving settings in android, now aquamail sync on event.
