Title: Sync with Sent and Drafts on German Gmail

I'm using German Gmail with IMAP and I can't seem to access folders like Sent (Gesendet) and Drafts (Entwürfe). Spam and Deleted are also not available but Sent and Drafts are the ones that hurt.
The folders are simply missing from the folder list.

Solved the problem: There is an IMAP-visible checkbox for each folder in GMail preferences. Works great now!

Ah, yes, and they are there for the standard folders too (very confusing!)
