Title: Adding image to Signature Samsung Galaxy S4

Hi,

As stated above, I'm trying to add an image to my partners S4 for email signature but it doesn't allow -  no image attachment link

This is not for a Gmail account, it's for an IMAP account for our business email addresses.

I have an S5 and it works perfectly, any ideas why it doesn't work on the S4?

We have bought the Pro version and  installed on both phones...

What Android version is installed on the S4?

Hi,

Android version 4.4.2,  my S5 is also 4.4.2?

Im not sure what's going on herw

Are you able to switch the signature editor to rich text?

Do you see the formatting bar when you do? (bold, italic, etc)?

The "insert image" icon is on the very right of that icon bar.

You may need to scroll the icon bar sideways, to the right, to see the insert image icon.
