Title: Message counter - HTC One M8 Lock Screen

I have HTC One M8 and I use Nova Launcher + Missed It! widget. It works for Aqua Mail icon on the home screen (at the bottom dock) and on the app list as well. My problem is that it doesn't work on the lock screen, default HTC lock screen shows the same dock as on the home screen but counter works only for SMS and calls (they are also configured in Missed It!)

Can it be fixed?

Maybe, but only the developer of Nova + Missed It know for sure.

My app's job stops at "Hey Nova, here is the new counter value for AquaMail".
