Title: Aquamail stopping emails to main computer

I downloaded AquaMail to my Kobo tablet which PARTY worked OK for a while. I then upgraded to the Pro version. Since then I have encountered even more problems. While I receive MOST emails on my tablet, none are arriving on my desktop. The apps seems to be interfering with the mail flow. I will have to uninstall AquaMail. Is anyone else experiencing these problems and is there a solution?
