Hello Kostya,
While sending mail from Aqua Mail, recipients are receiving emails content in bigger size. Kindly let me know how to sort this out. And is there a way to add more fonts like Times, Arial etc.

What exactly is "emails content in bigger size"?
Bigger fonts? Bigger than what?
What do the recipients have in common -- mail app? Which one?
The fonts are going to stay generic (sans / serif / mono) for the foreseeable future.

I performed the bacjup and stored in Dropbox, the same restored on my second device but account colors are not the same, maybe backup doesn't mark this variable...

If you delete one account and you restore the backup, the color is the same in backup, so OK, if the restore overwrites existing account (with changed color after backup), it doesn't restore the color with the original...

Restore never overwrites an existing account or merges settings from backup.
Restoring accounts is strictly "add what's missing".

I confirm, only if the restore add the account, the color is the same in backup, if the account exists before the backup, the color is unchanged.

If I keep default font size in aqua mail settings and send email, recipient receive the same email in bigger fonts than the standard size in ms outlook

Which Outlook version?
Is the message plain text or formatted?
What about text size in Thunderbird, Apple Mail, EmClient, K9 Mail, Cloud Magic?
Which mail app -- out of dozens -- do I need to match exactly?

in my office we have MS outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013.

I understand you concern and need not have to match exactly but if I am composing email with a font size of 10 and recipient received with font size of 14 is something which I request to correct.

Yes, if it's 10 vs 14, yes.
Is this a new message?
How exactly do you choose 10pt? The setting under "composing and sending" is only applied to quoted text. I have this written down on my to-do already.
