Title: How do I keep Aqua Mail from Auto deleting emails each refresh?

I have just downloaded AquaMail.  When checking mail, with each refresh, emails from any previous refresh is missing.  How do I keep this from happening?  Please help!

Are you using IMAP or POP3?

Do those messages get deleted from the server in the meanwhile by another mail app, perhaps?
