I notice (and this is in part the subject of another thread) that in English, the word "you" is used to identify the account holders own address. Going back to Thunderbird recently, i notice their convention is "Me". Has anyone looked at multiple clients to see if there is (if not consensus) at least a majority for one or the other?
Using " me" expresses the view from the writer or recipients position, using "you" means it is from the viewpoint of the software itself (as if it were my secretary or assistant).
There probably is no right answer. Changing it now may upset more than it pleases. Just an observation.

I think Gmail uses "you". Scratch that -- maybe it did before, but now it's "me".
This would be a good question for a human/computer interaction lab at MIT or Stanford -- "Representation of identity in the age of personal communication devices" -- 47.23% of users identify with their Android phones, 82.8% among those using Google Now :)
Seriously, sounds like a pretty strong case to change Aqua to also use "me" ("Я" in Russian, "I", instead of "Вам", "You").

I prefer "You". To: You sounds better than To: I.

Gmail in English says "me", not "I".
