Title: load mails for specific identities from my account

i  have an account with several identities. can i filter that only mail for a specific identity is downloaded?

At AquaMail's level, it does not work that way. Sync is based on folders.

You should be able to do what you want by setting up server side message filtering, moving messages intended for identities into separate folders.
