Latest version of AquaMail.
When sending html messages to an Outlook account on a Win 7 PC, the messages can be read, but when "reply" is selected, Outlook aborts.
No problem with text only messages, or when using another mail client on the PC. Also no problem when sending html messages to Outlook with other mail programs from the same tablet.
What did I do wrong?

Can you please send me a test message to kmansoft / at sign / mail / dot "ru"? I have Outlook configured for that one.

Can confirm same problem - travelling this week and staff in the office are unable to reply as their Outlook crashes. They are all on Win7 Professional 64.

Yes, and presumably Outlook 2003. :)
Everything is obviously fine with Outlook 2010.
Kostya has identified the problem now and is working on a solution. I can tell you he was incredibly busy the last nights. :)
As a quick fix, you can always use pure text mode, not html, if that would be possible for you.

I worked with @Volker to detemine what it was (an innocent style="..." on a <body> tag) and switched to a different way to style outgoing HTML content (using a <div> instead).
The fix is included in 1.3.0-pre6 posted just now under Development Builds.

This bug is not totally gone as a collegue who use outlook told me that answering a mail edited with aquamail doesn't crash his outlook anymore AS LONG AS he doesn't write in the text edited with aquamail. If he writes small answers directly in the text edited with aquamail (updated today, pro version) , outlook still crashes.
I really need a reliable support of MS MUA.

Ok, let me get the crystal ball out.
Which Outlook version? I only have Outlook 2013 / Office 365 version to test with.
Was the message in HTML format?
Believe me, there is no hidden "crash Outlook now" in my app's messages, so I really need something to go on.

Ok, I tried, could not reproduce.
Now, it's likely that I have a different version of Outook (2013) and of course the message itself was different.
The issue described by @Volker was different - he had Outlook on his own computer (not his co-worker's) and it was crashing every time. Thanks to this predictability, we were able to work out the reason and then I could fix it (it was inline CSS on the <body> tag).
@sidh - If you have suggestions on how to pursue this, I'm listening.

Sorry for my lately answer I had some days off.
I'll ask the collegue his Outlook version and will try to get more accurate infos about how to reproduce the bug.

Here is some information about the "MUA"

The collegue reports that with the latest version there is some improvements, but if he try to put a Carriage Return in the body of my mail (while answering) his MUA crashes !

Windows Live Mail is not Outlook. It's an entirely different mail app, so thanks for clarifying this.
Now, does this happen to any HTML message? Only when replying? Only when replying to certain messages?
Can you and your co-worked try a *new* message in AquaMail, not a reply to an incoming message?
Now, I suppose it's pretty obvious that a mail app should not crash, no matter what's in the message (even if it has something invalid, and that's not necessarily the case), even if it's a mail app from a large corporation.

PS - the best way for me to reproduce this is if I had the exact original source of a sample message (sent by AquaMail) causing the issue.
Supposedly this can be done in Windows Live Mail by:
Right click, Properties, Details tab, Message source button

I was able to reproduce the issue with Windows Live Mail 15.4.something (the official name is Windows Live Essentials 2011).

Good. It had to do with a perfectly valid HTML construct, but...
The latest 1.3.20 also fixes excessive spacing in reply/forward quoting header, which was seen only in Outlook (not Windows Live Mail, I mean real Outlook, part of Office).
