Title: Message not sent with Right Arrow in header

I found an email in my sent folder that was not received by the recipient. This email has a right pointing arrow in header ?  What does this indicate, and is there any other way to know that a message has not been sent ?

A right arrow in the header? Do you have a screenshot?
