Title: Why is next message button on left < and previous message > button on right?
Post by: daodeltaforce on August 14, 2013, 05:31:58 am
When I want to see the next message button < is located on the left, and the previous message button > is located on the right, why?

All email apps put the previous message button < on the left and the next message button > on the right.

Would it be possible to update the app so it conforms with this standard user interface?

My thinking was/is - it's like a book.

Right means forward, into the future (unless we're talking about a postmodernist story, heh), and left means back, into the past.

Now if you prefer the opposite setup -- app settings -> look and feel -> uncheck "previous message is older".
