This version has a bug sending attachments other than .ics replies.

Do not install.

+ Fixed pull to refresh crashing on Android 3.0 - 4.0 (different animation APIs on them all!)

+ Preview ical / .ics meeting invites (all Android versions), respond from AquaMail and add to Android calendar for tracking (4.0+).

+ Image previews in sent messages / when composing (2.3+, defaults to on, can be turned off in app settings).

+ Updated Czech translation.

The iCal / .ics handling is shown in the attachments below.

Q: Why, when adding an event to an Android Calendar, AquaMail does not save the attendees and the organizer?

A: Because of a mess Google's cloud calendar makes of this.

Let's say you receive an .ics invite from Kate@apple.com in your John@orange.com mail account, and save it into Blah@gmail.com for tracking.

I tried to have AquaMail save the organizer of this event (Kate) and the attendee list (John).

As soon as it got synced with Google's cloud, Google Calendar would:

1 - Change the organizer to "Blah@gmail.com"
2 - List Kate as a plain attendee (since the organizer is now Blah@gmail.com)
3 - To add insult to injury, it would send invites to Kate@apple.com and John@orange.com from Blah@gmail.com, as if this was a new event.

Seeing this, I disabled the code to save attendees.
