Title: ad-hoc identities
Post by: korin on July 01, 2013, 09:31:23 pm
I use many different throw-away addresses to send email from my account but creating an individual identity for each one is impractical. When I reply to an email using my webmail host, the system is able to detect the address that the original email was sent to and automatically uses that alias as the sender, even if I have never sent or received email at that address before. When I am composing a new email, I can simply type any address in the from field without having to preconfigure it and this saves me lots of time. Couldn't these two features be added to Aquamail? It would be a huge time-saver!

Think I remember you asking about this (or was it someone else?) I can add this to my to-do, won't be near the top though (sorry!)
