I can setup my google email no problem but when I try setting up my AT&T email account I keep getting an error. Does android support AT&T and other (Time Warner, Comcast) email accounts???

It is not problem of Android but a problem of the configuration of the email account itself. Theoretically Android and the email application you use should support any common account of IMAP or POP3.
So in your case please ask your email provider for the correct POP3/IMAP server, incoming/outgoing, ports they use and the security protocol they require TLS, SSL etc. If you have those ,configure the account accordant in AquaMail.
Gmail is easy, as AquaMail has this account pre configured in his own database.

AquaMail has a preset for @att.net addresses, taken from stock Android Email (since I'm a looong way from AT&T's service area and don't have an account there):
Incoming:
- IMAP
- android.imap.mail.yahoo.com
- SSL (strict)
- port 993
Outgoing:
- SMTP
- android.smtp.mail.yahoo.com
- SSL (strict)
- port 465
These will be used automatically, but you can try pressing Manual on the first account setup screen, and removing the "android." parts (so it's "imap.mail.yahoo.com" and "smtp.mail.yahoo.com").
Of course it would help to know what error, exactly, you're getting. My telepathic skills are not that great :)
