Title: reply put in middle of email

In just the past couple of days my replies are being embedded randomly in the past emails.  Some times in the course of a conversation my reply will be completely lost, however if I look at my sent folder my latest reply I'd in the message preview. I've not been able to figure out of this only happens in a long conversation back and forth or not

Lost how? When viewed by the sender?

Can you provide a sample message? (kmansoft / gmail)?
