Syncing Folders with IMAP
« on: March 02, 2017, 07:17:32 pm »
I have Aqua Mail and Thunderbird setup as IMAP with my email account.  In Thunderbird (on my desktop), I sort email into folders (one main folder, with seven sub-folders).  I checked through my email account's web portal, and the folders are ALL correctly synced to the account.  I can get the folders to appear in Aqua Mail, but they only contain the very last one to three emails, then jump back to October of last year (skipping quite a few emails!).  If I do an individual search, Aqua Mail will show the missing emails in the search results, but still will not list them in the folders.

I have tried refreshing, setting folders to "Sync - plain folder," and cannot get the folders to sync.  How do I get the emails to appear in chronological order in the folders, the same as they do in the Inbox??

Thank you!!

- Long press on your account name, in account list view (main view)
- Options and folders
- Account options
- Message to sync: by time period
- select 90 days (for example)

PERFECT!!!   Thank you VERY much :)!!!!
