Title: Office 365 Push
Post by: mark.mottershead on April 22, 2013, 11:41:59 pm
Hi

Before the recent update my aquamail worked great but since the update it does not sync properly, if I read a message on my outlook client and then delete or move it on the aquamail client I can see it has been read but the message stays in aquamail and is not deleted or moved.

I user a Nexus 4 handset.

Any ideas?

Is IMAP push enabled in AquaMail?

Is the blue "@" status bar icon showing, indicating that push is currently active?

I could investigate if you captured a debug log showing this issue, preferably with "raw data" enabled:

If you do this, please start by rebooting the device after enabling logging, so I can see how everything starts up.

Hi, I am using the my corporate office 365 on Aqua Mail. I am using this aqua mail on my Samsung galaxy S3, the aqua mail sync is not a real time, the inbuilt Samsung sync is more active and much faster than aqua mail. I have purchased this aqua mail app yesterday, and I am not happy with this delay in sync.

Can you help me to fix it as soon as possible.
