Fixed some issues in iCal parser, could crash on some invites

Added code to detect UTF-8 message text when no charset is specified in the message

Thank you Kostya to provide regular improvements to Aquamail.
Have you always project the opportunity to add an image within an email?

Not yet. I might have mentioned that my top priority if Exchange :) and I'm only taking on smaller side tasks.

Once EWS is done, I'll have more time to work on larger tasks that are not EWS specific: such as the images thing, and a broader use of swiping in the UI.
